Ring Around the Moon

When the moon is full
And brightly ringed, perchance
The Faeries in their
Faerie ring will dance.

And if Fate be kind
And upon us smiles bright,
Then bright-lit Faeries
Will our souls delight.

Ring around the moon,
Faeries’ dance by it’s light,
What better fate than
Such a magic night?

But if the dancers
Are but nimble fireflies,
Then magic’s source will
Still be your bright eyes.

The world is truly
Filled with wondrous delights,
With Faerie rings and
Moon-ringed magic nights.

Ring around the moon
And Faerie ring at night
Cannot compare to
You, my heart’s delight.
